I'd appreciate some advice regarding under/over 13
betting.
I use Advanced Omega II with Ace side count. The
indices for under/over are 8 or more, bet over; less
than -11, bet under. Bryce Carlson makes no mention
about the use of Ace side count (Blackjack for Blood) in under/over betting (nor does he say that it shouldn't be used).
Can someone tell me please if I can use my Ace side count
to assist in calculating under/over.
As Ace is counted as a low card (ie 1, not 11), do I
therefore treat Aces as +2 instead of -2 to the
running count for under/over side bet purposes only,
and do the indices mentioned above remain unchanged if
I use the Ace side count? Also is there any way to
work out what the playing efficiency of the Advanced
Omega II count is with regard to under/over, with and
without the side count, and how this compares with the
Crush Count. (It would be impossible for me to use
the Crush Count and the Advanced Omega count at the
same time.)
Thanks and kind regards,
Alan
P.S. Does anyone have any information on how to contact Bryce Carlson or if there is a discussion forum for those who use Advanced Omega II.
