Brendan,
I looked at an old CVData sim that I ran for a 6D, S17, DA2, DAS game with 75% pen and 4 total players. The counter used AOII and spread 1:20. The Hand Type Percentage results are shown below:
Dist Dist +Ties +Ties +Ties -Ties -Ties $/Hour $/Hour
Bets Units Won Lost Tied Won Lost Action Win Rate

.
As for BJ, that's a straightforward calculation. For a 6D game, the player will receive an Ace followed by an X this often:
(24/312)*(96/311)*100% = 2.37447...%
Of course, he'll receive an X followed by an Ace the same percentage of the time, so overall he'll receive a BJ
2*2.37447...% = 4.74895...% of the time.
Sometimes, the dealer will also have a BJ. Tied BJ's will occur with this frequency:
2*(23/310)*(95/309)*4.748945...% = 0.21665...% of the time.
Therefore, the player will have an untied BJ 4.74895...% - 0.21665...% = 4.53230...% of the time.
For different numbers of decks, the percentage will of course change.
Hope this helps!
