When normalizing to the full deck, all undealt quantities greater than one deck result in a normalized count less than the running count and all undealt quantities less than one deck result in a normalized count greater than the running count. The conversion coefficient is the reciprocal of the number of undealt dealts.
Example: When 3/2 decks are undealt the normalized count is 2/3 the running count.
