Triple shot
I know someone who had some success at that game before they took it out. He may even have been one reason they discontinued the game. He made a 95 profit playing 5x3 per round over a 7 hour period and in one hand Ed the pit boss saw his life flash before his eyes when he caught a 10JQK of diamonds in the first 4 cards (for a potential 2500 hit on a royal flush) but only ended up with a flush. When he plays "real" blackjack he wongs behind the table and waits for hit +16 or whatever and jump in.
This game is a single deck game that allows double down on all hands. This person plays at 3rd base when there are 3 or more other players present. His strategy is to see as many cards as possible and use a superior playing strategy to optimize his double downs and stiff decisions. So far he has been able to use the blackjack to overcome the disadvantage of the other games. Also, the poker gives the player the opportunity to win a lot of money in a single hand that he won't get at real blackjack.
If you've been on the boats there much you probably know who I'm talking about.
