So we visited some small casino me and my 2 friends.BJ tables were 5-50$ and 20-100$
6 Decks, S17, DA2, DAS, ENHC, Early10 surrender,95%

1-st day
At first we tried team play.It was unsuccesful,becouse our bigplayer was playing roulette(mimimum bets) and when he come to the table then shoe was over already.I was very angry,because i didnt like that the bigplayer plays roulette and it is so much trouble to me(EV is noneexistant per face).
I have always said ,that MIT doesnt work at small casinos.
we lost about 200$ per face
2-nd day
so we decided that we discard any camaflauge and split we losses ,profits to make down variation

I won 1900$,My 1-st friend 2100,and 2-nd friend lost 1600$
So apr 800$ per face.covariance..

3-nd day

My 1-st friend decided no splits anymore.Casino was empty and no heat detected.I won 300$,1-st friend 300$.
Sometimes my 2-nd friend goes crazy,he bet max bets all over the table at the beginning of shoe.He had luck and won 3500$!!!

4-nd day

During these days i heard dealers whispering about our game and how we won.That casino didnt have special pit boss,but had some security babe behind the camera.In that day we were 100% sure that we get barred.
We entered the casino and nothing wasnt change!
In this day we decided to split losses/winnings.Each of us got 800$
And we got 2 times TC over 10(I like 95% pen:)))

All these final days i felt heat,but there was no action at all.Even penetration was constant. Our cardcounting cannot be more obvious than anything.Synchronous bets,no talking,i didnt bet when RC was negative

5-nd day

We were more optimistic than the day before,when we enter the casino.
The pit boss came to stop us.The first thing she said was,we cant beat u boys.He asked us to have some coffee.We agreed.She said are we some geniuses,how we do that?
Eventually it game out,that she didnt know anything about card counting or even basic strategy!!!!!!!!!Not talking about penetration importance
And she said we are first who get barred

So much about dumb women pit bosses

You need to kick your friends' azz and send him packing. What he did is not the way a team works together for continuous long term success. Maybe give him one more goof, then he's toast.

In that day there was no splitting win/losses.(it was his own money)
He claims that he did succesful shuffle tracking((Which i wont believe )That guy has endless luck...

I know you do not want the casino to ever read this post.

But were you playing in the Carribean, Europe, austrailia, eastern USA, Vegas, or what approximate location.

I know you DO NOT want to be specific.

You should all play at SEPARATE tables.
This will be beneficial three ways:
[1] It will provide cover by eliminating the obvious synchronous bets,
[2] You'll get into the "long run" faster, and
[3] You can share the common bankroll with NO increase in P(ruin) [i.e., you can each bet (and win) 3x as much)!
