Training another counter, how to tell if he's good enough
I've been playing solo for about a year now with good results. I have a good friend who wants to get into the business. This will help me because we can join bank rolls and it will also be nice to have some companionship. Trust is not a problem. My only question is how will I know when he is "good enough." Are there standards people use for evaluating others' play, i.e. counting down a deck in X amount of seconds, using Casino Verite flawlessly, etc. Any advice is appreciated.
