Is anyone familiar with the pit crew at Thunder Valley Casino,CA? I plan to make that my next spot. It is located in Lincoln,CA which is close to Sacramento.
The pit crew his little to concern itself with, so no sophistication is necessary. Blackjack at Thunder Valley is total garbage; mostly CSM's, a few double decks with horrible rules, and some 6-deck shoes in the high-limit area with half the shoe cut off.
It is indicative of the stupidity of the average casino patron that anyone would patronize this awful place, with Reno less than two hours away. Valet parking is three dollars (plus tip), and various other petty indignities are foisted upon patrons. Yet the place has been packed wall-to-wall with suckers every time I've passed through there. Ridiculous.
Anywhere else is better. Check out: Cache Creek, Reno, Jackson Rancheria, Black Oak Casino.
To me, the pit crew there seems so stressed out by having to work eight hours straight in such a ridiculously noisy and congested environment that they probably can't think straight. Players might have the same problem, though....
