The book...."The Silver Fox Blackjack System - You Can Count on It." by Ralph Stricker, is out of print and very hard to find. Does anyone know the deviation indices for this count system? I believe he even had his own version of the "Illustrious 18" for his count....Thanks for any info on this topic....

Yes, I have the complete booklet, which I proofread for Ralph. Too tedious to recopy all the indices. Silver Fox underperforms Hi-Lo, so there is no sense in using it. And we have volumes of indices and information for Hi-Lo.

The indices are almost the same. It shouldn't make a big difference. But, I think you underestimate how easy it would be to just ignore the 7s and the 9s.
