most (but not all) of the Indian casinos are scared sh*tl*ss of BJ as well. CSM's are still quite popular, and the games that are not CSM's are usually watched VERY closely, especially 2-deckers.
When I say watched closely, I mean this: About 3 months ago I was playing double deck in a certain SoCal joint, a weekday shift. There were 6 to 7 players total (over a 30 minute time span), and SEVEN pit bosses/suits inside the pit nervously watching and pacing around. Nobody got kicked out, but it was almost laughable seeing the near-fainting and panic attacks! Average bets by the players ranged from $50 to $500 as I recall. I guess Stanford would say: "Black chips draw heat".
It's gone nationwide, I guess.
