the count

I have played hard for a year. But on Feb-27th I got laid off so I went full time. Full time to me is three days a week 4 to 6 hours a day.I bought a list from this site( which everyone should get) so that I would only play the best games. I only play pitch games with no higher advantage than .19. I have earned on average $1200.00 per week after exp. I have yet to see counting work for me yet.I use the tko count. The count has gotten as high as 20 and I still lose. My winning happens by table hopping. As a matter of fact if I relied on counting I would have gone broke. I guess what Im saying is seeing is believing and I haven't seen it yet.

You say counting doesn't work but you use a counting system. Are you flat betting only in positive counts by table hopping and using indice deviations? If not how are you doing it. Looks like you are netting around $100.00 per hour. That's a nice income for part time work.

Well at first everytime the count got high I would increase my bet. After a month of that I had enough. So I still kept the count but instead of raising my bet I would say to myself nows time to raise my bet. And watch to see what would of happen if I would have. Now nearly a year later 90% of the time I would have lost.I know that counting will tell you that the high cards are coming. In of of its self that cant be denied. What I haven't seen yet is how it bennefits me. The dealer is just as likely to get those cards as I am, or anyone else at the table. The fact that people say you get more double downs I haven't seen either. Who's going to double down when the dealer has a ten showing.
No what people on this site won't want to hear is table hopping by far is a more productive method. Cards do fall in patterns if one table is bad go till you find a good one. Sometimes I have had to leave one casino and go to another. But for those who want to make a living at this it can certainly be done. It all started with the list I bought from this site . Then being disciplined enough to leave if the cards aren't falling.

I don't mean to be rude, but if you don't understand why more high cards remaining is beneficial to the player, you need to do some more reading and learning. This is the whole concept of card counting. Yes doubledowns happen less frequent, but they are more advantagous when they do. But the main reason is the 150% payoff that the player gets when receiving blackjack. That is where most of the advantage comes from.

Then you go into table hopping. I myself play very short session with a great deal of table hopping. It is a very sound approach. But not for the reasons that you stated. Bad flow of the cards and unlucky casinos. ??? Hog wash. You do so to avoid playing many of the negative counts.

I have won at one time or another at all the casinos I have played at. If your Blackjack is as approximate as your English - and everything in your posts points in that direction - you cannot possibly be an advantageplayer.
You haven't played long enough to claim a win rate.What you won up to now was due to sheer luck.Your results become relevant only after a minimum of 1000 hours of play.
My advice is that you stop right here to avoid the looming catastrophy and look for a new job.
I know the hope that you will heed my call is rather small so at the end of this undertaking you will most probably be poorer but wiser.

I may not have the expertise of some of the players here, particularly in the green chip section. That is why I continue to visit this site to improve my knowledge and game. BUT, I do know the fundamentals and have played fulltime and supported myself for more than 7 years now. And the 150% payoffs during blackjacks is the largest part of the reason why the advantage flips to the player during high counts. I am sorry to have bothered you with facts and I DO have a clue. It isn't likely with your attitude that many other players with want to try to help you. So best of luck, my friend. You are going to need it.

This is ploppy voodoo. I hope your post was meant as a joke. Otherwise, you will go broke quickly while trying to find a "good table." If you really think like this, please do not go back into a casino.

How are you succeding where others have failed trying to play only hot tables? What is your criteria to play at a given table or to leave a table? If you want to share,what is your secret?

Also, if you table hop playing games with no more than a .19 edge, that eliminates all games but great 3/2 single deck. Where can these games be found?

I forget the guy's handle, but there was a guy a few months ago on GC and also the other site who was a red chipper asking very basic questions one week and then throwing purples around a few weeks later. He, too, insulted just about everyone who responded to him.

You all can be happy knowing that going broke will be the reward for his rudeness, ignorance and arrogance. Besides, it's because of guys like this that casinos can afford to support the action of pros.

Since you are currently unemployed, may I recommend that you strongly consider a career in casino management in general and pit boss in particular. The pay and benefits are great, plus if you relocate to Vegas, you will have plenty of other casino's that you can tear up in your spare time.

You seem to have a knowledge and grasp of the game of BJ that will be particularly valuable for certain of your customers. Imagine the fun that you will have as you laugh at any idiot card counters that are spreading from table min to table max at your SD tables. As you know, there is no need to bar them. On the contrary, they should be lavished with comps since they are sure to go broke soon. You can speed up the process by just dealing out all the cards so your dealers don't waste time shuffling.
