To answer your question, I am not familiar with BJ bad beat progressives. Is this related to a BJ machine, or a table game?
It's played from a 6-D shoe on a table with an electronic side bet device for the progressive pay-out. About 72% pen. Looks like it can be a possible opportunity in low counts as well as high counts. The progressive prize is constantly increasing and at my local joint, it is now up around 10K. Like to get some feedback from the math wizards. Here is what's printed on the promotional card:
