For amounts as small as you indicated you have tax forms for, it is unlikely it will ever be questioned. The IRS is aware that the vast majority of casino patrons lose far more than they win, and a winning year is a rarity. A casino W/L statement is not an adequate substitute for proper recordkeeping, but it is unlikely to matter. The book linked below might be of help to you.
