if the ploppies were better educated and therefore did not want to play blackjack anymore, casinos would just get reduce the number of blackjack tables and have virtually all slots.

I think there are too many players for that to ever happen. It would be nice if we could at least get a general awareness out there to get the public to stay away from the CSM machines. Then maybe we would start to see more shoe tables.
