Strategy for 1dk,7plyr,shuffle after ea rnd

This game pays 2 to 1 for Insurance. No double after split.
Split and resplit 2 times.
After split of A, no hit pemitted, but if A is third card additional split permitted.
Split on any 2 same value cards (2 Kings ok, but King, jack ng).
One round and then reshuffle.
Dealer stands on all 17's.
Seven hands are dealt. One player can play all 7 hands.
Player can see all 7 hands at the same time. All hands have to have the same wagers.

Would basic strategy using hi-lo count be the best strategy?
The count would only be useful on close decisions like hitting 16 against hi card, or hitting 12 against 12 or 13, or splitting tens against a 5 or 6. The count can not be used to change the wager because the cards are shuffled after each round.

What is the win expectation with the above rules?

If they allow you to continue hitting till 100, then first six hands can hit to 100 to yield better playing efficiency for last hand.

As per my understanding::
One round == Negative Expected Return Value :)
Two rounds full table== good game

...sitting at 3rd base.

Sitting there, you will have seen an average of about 19.5 cards before you have to make your playing decision.

Sometimes there will have been a preponderance of either high or low cards within that 19.5, giving you a count you could use.

Also, on rare occasions, there will have been enough non-tens to fall in the initial 15 cards you see to help you make an insurance decision.

But, having said all that, the game is still not worth playing.

I am not familiar with the expression hit to 100. Does that mean - hit till a bust?

You play all 7 spots, so � you bet $5 on each of the first 3 spots, $25 on the 4th spot, $100 on the 5th spot, and $200 on the 7th spot.

You use Hi-Opt II with Aces Side-Counted for playing purposes re: splits / doubles, and a full raft of indices.

If there was "double after split", then flat betting would provide an advantage; but without � nope.
