I use it and like it.
I like the program. It could be more user friendly. Particularly in generating risk averse indexes it requires hand entering results of prior simulations. Also the fact it kicks off DOS boxes to do simulations feels a bit "old school", but it is fast. It also does not include any real risk of ruin tools. It is flexible with count systems, wonging in and out, spreads and such. The newest version claims some ease of use improvements but I have not bought the upgrade.
I felt it was worth the money spent. No need to ask for indexes for a given game, rules, pen. You can do your own work to simplify indexes and see the effect on expectation. It can even generate indexes for the true count verion of KO if you are so inclined. I've never used other programs that provide similar functionality, so have no point of comparison.
