For the S17-DAS, the flat bettor sees a St Deviaiton of about 1.16 bets, for a Variance of about 1.35. If Surrender is available (I don't knowif you can find that anymore in AC) the SD is reduced to about 1.14
My data is based upon full re-splitting. I don't know what the policy is at AC about this. I don't know where you can find data for RS2, but we could do a Combinatorial Analysis. Some of have CA programs, and I have been known to do analysis for other friends of mine on Green Chip.
You can get this data, including all kinds of other, from Blackjack Attack (2nd edition) by Don S. This will have a lot more than you want, since it gives the data for various count levels

You are correct: For N rounds, you multiply by suqare root of N.
