spreadsheet that evaluates system performance?
Does anybody know where I can find the spreadsheet program that generates a counting system based on your inputs of count level, desired PE, BE, and IC? If I remember correctly it will also tell you the PE, BE, and IC of any system you can come up with... you plug in the count value of each card and it gives you the performance of your system.
