Speed Count?
I was wondering what you do when the dealer gets a blackjack. Obviously, you wouldn't count the dealers ten and ace, but what if other small cards are on the table; do these count as played or un-played hands? (Your only supposed to count played hands but in the speed count book, it never brings up what to do in this situation)
