DON'T PLAY!
Does anyone know any little tips that can help you even if you arent counting?
1) Don't play if you can't count and can't play a perfect basic strategy.
2) If you don't want to adhere to #1 and insist on gambling your money, at least know basic strategy perfectly for the BJ game you're planning to play. Don't deviate with hunches.
Read books, learn, ask questions, learn more, practice, learn, read more, practice, THEN go and play.
... if you've lost four in a row you should walk to another table because its probably a really bad count. Is there anything else like this, and is this true?
I've lost four in a row on really good counts many times but also many of those times I hung in there a kept chunking the chips out, got it all back and more.
My advise for you is to stop playing until you learn to count, do the math and play according to the math and the count. The info is available. Learn before you burn my friend.
