Last I heard, it was wall to wall CSMs at most places. You might want to try the London Clubs resort.
At most places there are CSMs. When I was there 1 year ago I found a good game in Durban: hand shuffled, ESA, DAS, DOA2, RSA, ENHC. Pen about 60%. I hope this helps.
