I quit bj 3 years ago and switched to hold'em. I consider myself a good hold'em player and am not giving up that game. My main question is can I sit down at some of the better $25 6-deck games in Vegas(rules/penetration) and play for 1 hour the way I want(no back counting) and not get the tap on the shoulder? Before I only played DD in Vegas. I would never go back to those games because it is just to easy to be spotted as an advantage player. I could sit at a game for 5 minutes and tell if someones else was counting and so can the casinos. I used some of the standard camouflage techniques such as not playing at any one shift for no more than 45 minutes and no more than once every 3-4 months. I parlayed my bets and left my last bet out on a new shuffle. I would make some stupid play every once in a while to look like a tourist and so on. I was barred from 2 casinos, received plenty of heat from many others and had shuffles on any bet increase. It was not worth my time to get really good at the game and be treated like a criminal. So is 6-deck more forgiving even though it is tougher to beat? I would have to relearn everything. I used KO for a number of years then switched to UBZII. Any comments on those counts for 6-deck or other counts. I had read all the BJ books at that time, I see Blackjack Bluebook II is a new one out and a new edition of Blackjack Attack is coming out. Any other new(last 3 years) must reads I have missed? I hope this does not sound to rambling and would appreciate all comments!
Thanks
