Simple question resolves the SW dice idea:
Is physically altering the randomness of outcomes illegal? If it isn't I will be visiting slot machines this afternoon!
If so, you may also have a problem for selling information on what may later be called cheating. You should add the disclaimer "for informational purposes only."
