Sevens vs 10 in shoe game
I am evaluating a shareware game called "Super Blackjack" which is telling me to stay with two sevens vs. 10 even if I have it set to play a shoe game. Wouldn't that play be correct only for single deck?

I've used this program before. You have to manually select a basic strategy to use via the menus. It doesn't automatically choose an appropriate strategy based on the number of decks.
