In Wendover the play a side game at the blackjack tables called the Royal Match. Each BJ player at the table has the option of playing the match game. You make your BJ bet and in a seperate spot you can put your match bet. All players are dealt a BJ hand. Those with money in the match game are paid 3-1 if their 2 cards are the same suit, and 10-1 if their 2 cards are the King & Queen of the same suit (the Royal Match). The bets on the match game are paid and collected from those playing and then a normal blackjack game resumes. The only other option to this game is when a player matches his first 2 cards he may play the match game again when it comes to his turn in BJ. For instance, if he was dealt a 3 of hearts and an 8 of hearts and now wants to hit or double down he can again place a bet on the match game. If he hits another heart he wins ( 3-1). My wife loves this game. Can anyone tell me what the odds ?
