I need clarification regarding ROR. If I have an ROR of 5% regarding a 3 night trip bankroll, does this actually mean that I have a 5% chance of losing my entire TRIP bankroll?

Usually if you input your trip amount and it gives you the RoR it is not the RoR for the trip. It is the RoR for eternity for that amount, game condition, and betting strategy. In this case the answer would be no. If you have an option to input the number of rounds that would be played for the trip and it calculates the RoR based on this or you calculate the RoR manually for the trip then the answer would be yes.

Here is my situation:
3 days/nights stay = 30-40 hours play?
Trip bankroll: $2,000.00
Total bankroll: $10,000.00
Betting Units: $10.00 / some Green ($25.00)
Games: DD & 1D
I don't know if it's convenient for someone to calculate what my ROR would be based on the above data, but whatever it might be, it represents the percentage of me losing my entire TRIP bankroll?

Some formulas do not take into account a fixed number of rounds, while others do. If you use a "Trip-ROR" formula and enter your "trip" bankroll, then the answer is yes - the ROR calculated is the estimated risk of losing your entire trip BR during your 30-40 hours of play. If you use a general ROR formula then it's usually the risk of losing your bankroll over an infinite number of rounds, so the calculated ROR would be higher than it actually is for the trip if you entered your "trip" bankroll into the formula.
