Risk of Ruin ....help!
I'm running SW's BJA (1-1/2 decks cut off, halves, 50-400 spread, -1 to 6 index, s17, rsa, ls) After 3M hands my SIM says $64 per 100 hands, $1472 SD (per round).
I then go to Don's book Black Jack Attack (pg 145, table 9.1, 600 unit bankroll). No problem with the expectation per hand (0.0128units) I'm struggling with the SD/hand.
Can I get the SD that Don wants from the $1476 SD/100 rounds that the BJA gives me? If I divide that by 100 I get a 14.76/hand, not anywhere near Don's chart. What am I doing wrong?
