Thanks for your helpful response, DD. I agree with your comment about the mail offers. I was pleasantly surprised to see how many I received after playing for only a short while. So after a losing session, is it best to ask for a specific comp, say to the buffet or coffee shop, or ask more generally what comps you now may have earned?
