Redoubling and Double down rescue after split?

I was looking at the Spanish 21 rules and it's not clear if these are allowed after splits or not. Does anyone know if they are?

Normally, you may not surrender after splitting in Spanish 21. As far as the redoubling option is concerned, some casinos allow it while others do not. Avoid the ones that do not; your odds are much better.
