Reading the dealer's hole card

I heard that professor Stanford Wong wrote a book called"Reading the dealer's hole card", I don't have enough English and time to read this "bible", could any expert tell me the key point of it.I guess the hole card slould be decided by the distribution of few cards before it and few cards after it which are exposed. Is that right?

Li Tan,
I believe the book you may be referring to is "Winning Without Counting". In that book, Wong may describe a technique called "holecarding" where upon the player capitalizes on dealer sloppiness. The player essentially gest a quick glimpse of the hole card as the dealer slides it under the up card. This is a very specialized technique and requires an immense amount of scouting to find a dealer weak enough to beat.

Thank you for your answer,Shaggy18VW. It raised another quesion: what does"gest a glimpse" mean? Will the dealer exposed the edge of the hole card by accident sometimes? Is it considered a sort of cheating?
