Read the Dealer
I don't know how many copies were printed. Can't locate a copy for sale in the internet, It was published in 1986 by RGE, but it looks like it was assembled at the Office Depot Copy Center.
The book should be called "Manipulating the Dealer" because that is what it says to do to elicit readable dealer tells.
Chapter 4 of Wong's "Winning Without Counting","Playing the Tells", or in formal language,"kinesics", is a good place to start. You will also find more or less the same information in Wong's "Basic Blackjack" Chapter 16.
Tells in blackjack are just as difficult to read as those in poker, but they do exist with some dealers. I prefer to manipulate my dealers in other ways.
Hope this helps.
