If I get the cv software do I have to wait until the cds arrive before I can use it or can I use it right away? I am thinking about the one for $47 and upgrading later. I think it was $47, not sure.

I believe that the Casino Verite Blueprint, which is $47 can only be shipped to you in CD form, not downloaded. The same holds true for the full blown version, Casino Verite' Blackjack, which is $90.
The $47 version is upgradeable to the $90 version, but I would recommend purchasing the $90 version out right. I'm fairly confident you would wish to upgrade, and buying the $90 version up front would save you time delay and extra shipping.

Yes, all CV products have been downloadable for 12 years when ordered direct.
I would still recommend purchasing the product from this site, however.
