A friend told me that if we wear skimpy clothing while playing-low cut tops and so on, it may distract the pitbosses and keep them from noticing our counting. I am new to this, does her advice make sense?

Most pitbosses think women are too stupid to count anyhow, so wear what you want.

I think in the end you would draw unwanted attention to yourself. If you are winning the PC eyes will be on your play, not your appearance. Your suggestion might do better in a well designed team environment, however. I have witnessed a scantilly clad woman throw an entire casino floor into something of an upheaval.

What should you wear? Depends. Do you have a nice rack? If yes, wear a see-through and sit next to me and we can ...umm.. count together. :-)

But seriously, dont show off. You want to look just like an average gambler, blend into the crowd. Wear what everyone else wears. Revealing clothing won't fool the pit dudes but it will attract attention of every drunken male plopster who will distract you with cheesy pick-up lines. Avoid attention, being a woman you have an advantage - most casino management thinks only men have the discipline and the bankroll to be successful advantage players. Prove them wrong :-)

Have glasses and a big sweater,if the count goes negative start ripping everything off.Do the opposite when the count goes up.Willi.

wear something skimpy! It's sure to disctract the PBs. And (I'm being totally altruistic in stating that, not!)

I observered a young attractive [obviously counting] frirting female getting away with murder. She was betting red to green at will with the only heat being the panting of the pit and male dealers. If they knew she was a counter,they could care less.

I say give it a shot and test those pit boys hormones out. Stay away from female pit and dealer personel unless they have really short hair and tattoos of bulldogs on their arms.
