Question about Stanford's book Optimal Strategy for Pai Gow Poker
Hello,
I came across a 1993 version of SW's book "Optimal Strategy for Pai Gow Poker" and it looks very interesting.
However, I am wondering if there is a newer version available that might have updated info. The book is available here on bj21.com but it doesn't say which edition. On amazon.com they have a version that is advertised as the 2nd edition released on January 1 2000.
So I am wondering if the 2000 release has any addition info that's not in the 1993 version?
