I think Buffalo has a new superfun 21 table which is a single deck game with lots of good rules and one bad one, BJ pays even money. Even money on blackjack gives the house a huge advantage you should stay away from it.
The three casinos at Primm are all owned by Mirage/MGM and connected by monorails. The effect is sort of like one large casino with three theme areas.
All three feature the same blackjack games: Double deck with H17, no DAS, and lousy penetration, and six deck shoes with H17, DAS okay, and also lousy penetration. There is a table of Spanish 21 at each casino.
Primm is okay for stopping to stretch your legs if you are coming from/going to southern CA, but it is not worth a special trip.
There is an exhibit at the Primm Valley Inn of the actual bullet-riddled car in which Bonnie & Clyde met their demise. It is free and worth a look, if one is into that sort of thing.
