I would say that a pretty young dealer is my first choice. Since she is young and less experienced, there is likely less chance that she will catch on to your counting skills or possibly even cheat you (legally by premature shuffles or otherwise). Plus while winning it doesn't really matter, but if one is suffering through a losing streak, at least the nice view helps to ease the pain.
