2001 is the first year of the new century and this is
the 9th month. New York is located at the 45th degree.

Your post contains many inaccurate statements.

This statement is a compilation of a half dozen DIFFERENT predictions by Nostradamus made for a half dozen DIFFERENT centuries that are taken out of context and recompiled to sound like a description of what happened to the twin towers.

New York city is located on the 41st degree not the 45th.

Nostradamus was not a philosopher but an avid astronomer/astrologer and a poet.

My reading of Nostradamus places that prediction in the seventh month, actually. And in 1999 specifically. People at the time were saying the event would happen on the fourth of July. There are curiosities, however, like the fact that the date of this week's disaster is '911', and that the flight numbers added up individually to consecutive numbers. I'm sure I don't know what the point of it all is. Mental . . . gymnastics?

New York is at 41 degrees.
Boston, and about 7 other large cities are closer to 45 degrees than New York.

This quatrain is said to have been written by Nostradamus in 1654, however he died in 1566.

This quatrain was actually written in 1994 by a college student who was studying the effects of vague writings on a society and has been rewritten several times since it's original writing.

Thing about Nostradamus is that he wrote his predictions in coded verse form(possibly to avoid burning) and he claimed only one individual would be capable of deciphering his verse. And this would happen only at the right time. That is my understanding.

Maybe this is the right time. But considering the numerous interpretations of Nostradamus's predictions how are we supposed to know which interpretation is correct? And if history teaches us anything, it is that the right time is usually too late.

Suppose Nostradamus predicted that world war 3 WILL happen, what is the point of someone telling us about a catastrophe that WONT be avoided?

Now, if Nostradamus predicted an event we could act on and prevent, we would only end up believing the event would never have happened anyway!

Honestly, Nostradamus would have been better off making predictions on games of chance at that time and charging his clients a nice fee for the information.

If it has any chance of being correct. If you know something before hand you can change the course of history. There then would have been no future event to foresee.

I'm still researching an effective count, but I fear learning all the subtleties of a basic count (Hi lo or Zen ) because the automatism achieved will prevent me from learning an another count later. What do you think about this?
And I would like to find a Four level count (not a -6 5 7 9 3 0 1 2 ...count!!!), where can I find it ?
