I recently heard a rumor that a court battle is coming over the use of data bases that are accessable to all the casinos who subscribe to them. It may become illegal to circulate the image and identification of anyone without their permission. Has anyone else heard about this. If so please respond.

To see any STOP to hair, Hand and/or facial recognition of any kind of any person. This is an intrusion of privacy if sold. (Or used improperly or against YOUR wishes, AS it is your presents of being and existence that's being monitored, Then circulated.)

I try to stay on top of current legal issues and didn't hear this rumor yet. It seems this type of PC recognition SW to be full proof might take 5 to 8 years.
