Plays at +6 or higher

I play DD 70% pen H17 DAS and flat bet $5 until I get a count of +6 (not TC, just RC). Then I up my bet to $50 (yes I know I get heat for this but they haven't thrown me out in over 15 trips so far).

I know BJ Attack's Illustrious 18 says to stay on "15 vs 10" (at TC of 4) but what about other hands:

Player's 12,13, or 14 vs dealer's 10
Player's 12,13,14,15,16 vs dealer's 7,8,9

Do these require more than a TC of 4 to stand on or should I continue hitting these regardless of TC?

With my big bets at a +6 TC, should I never hit when I could possibly bust? Or should I continue my strategy where I stay on 15 or higher and hit everything else at +6 TC?

I assume you can't surrender, so those indices really aren't worth knowing, although 14 vs. 10 isn't too unreasonable for some counts. It's useless for Hi-Lo, because Hi-Lo doesn't reckon the 7, which is the vital card for this play (to draw to 21).

See the A4 Appendix to Wong's "Pro BJ," for the appropriate indices, the most "reasonable" of which is +5 for standing on 16 vs. 9. The others are worth very, very little.

I just figured jumping between $5-$50 the casino wouldn't care. I mean were talkin' chump change (even if I do visit approx. 6 times a year).

And just one more question concerning the Illustrious 18, I'm interpreting the 12 vs 4 & 16 v 10 (TC of 0) that I should be hitting when the count's negative, correct?
