I am considering actually paying an actress-type 10% of my hourly take to hang with me and distract the pit personnel (in any way that works) when I hit the $100 tables later this year in Vegas.
Any input on this line of strategy?

My strategy is anything which will draw the pit's attention away from me.
Best is to be at the same table with someone betting ten times what I bet.
Second best is to be at the same table with a stone cold fox who has every pit critter drooling.
So, if you want to supply the fox....
"10% of your hourly take". Now do you really think that she will understand what that means? So let's say your at a $100 table and your expectation is $100/hr and you play 3 hrs. Her pay is gonna be $30. Now you get a positive streak and win $7000 and quit. Now you tell her " good job let's do it again". Next play your both doing your thing and your maybe even or up a bit. Youre buy in has been $4000 or so and you've got about 4K on the table. Now you have to leave the table for whatever reason. ( phone call, bathroom) and she's left alone at the table to chat with the dealers, pit, etc. Can you be assured that when you return that your chip count is accurate? I've played many hours with many different females and it is a good distraction to the pit but you must know your partner. Once I left the table with stacks of chips in front of me but I stacked them in stacks of 21. When I returned the stacks were in stacks of 20. Go figure.
I am averaging 13 unit win per hour this year at the green chip level, betting 1-10 units per hand (sometimes 2 or even three hands a round)
I think ten units an hour with black is doable as I never play against a deck that has a worse count than -6 (lot's of "breaks"), play short sessions and I have an animated "act" that seems to distract the pit sufficiently. I also have an MA in Psychology and am a practicing therapist so my read on people is quite good.
My partner will get one black chip for every hour of table time, win lose or draw.
I appreciate the tip about lifting chips from me so I will make sure I keep tabs on my stacks when I take a potty break.

You will probably last about 11 minutes betting black in Las Vegas.
What spread do you rec. with Black?
Also, a top bet of $400 is my plan. Do you agree not to hit the $500 mark like others do?
