Playing 7 spots & splitting 10s

I'm somewhat inexperienced on this site, and I hope I don't offend BJ Traveller. But, I'm trying to take my game up a notch and I'm looking for some creative ways to do it. Your latest response didn't sound realistic. Playing 7 spots? Splitting 10's? I know this is sometimes the right play but it sounds a bit much and it doesn't really answer my question. I asked about Kelly betting and structuring bets off the top -v- at positive counts. Any help with this would be appreciated. why you didn't understand me?
I played against a TC 9, bet 7 boxes, got two 10, split them, got two 10s, it was a 50% penetration DD game, with less than one deck left. The TC became 10. I resplit 10s twice then doubled my A9. The hand became 15 boxes of $210. I had one 21. Dealer hit his 14 on TC 11, became 21. I lost close to $3,000. What was wrong? I doubled my A9, got a 5, the next box was a 5 so doubling A9 costed me one extra bet, not affecting the end result of dealer getting 21.
Kelly betting:
Kelly is(was?) a statistian who proved the best way betting against odds is betting according to your adavantages, you have 1% advantage (TC plus 3), bet 1% of your total Bankroll, 2%, 2%, minus 1%, go to toilet... In BJ's case, because you may need double and split, bet 76% of yoyur advantage. So you bet 0.76% on TC 3 etc. When you play against positive off-the-top game, you can bet bigger off-the-top as calculated from "Kelly Criterion" then adjust up or down based on counts so that the pit see smaller spread.

I will also advise a little deeper about BJ advantage plays.
Card counting is the least profitable advanatage plays on BJ. There are many more profitable plays such as shuffle traking and card steering. BJ CC is like high school degree, shuffle tracking, college, card steering, graduate school. You get 2% advantage of CC some times, betting 1.5% of your banroll on the 2% edge under one Kelly, your bankroll increased by 0.03% on average. If you can steer one Ace to a box accurately, you can bet 38% of your bankroll and get 51% return on that bet if the table max is high and your bankroll is small. Your bankroll then jump 19% instead of 0.03%! Or better yet, if you find an O/U game and steer an Ace to a box, you have a 75% edge on that box and get your bankroll doubled in 3 such bets. I play BJ 12 years full time so far, did shuffle tracking after 5 years, card steering after another 3 years. I know this is very premature of telling you there are such things exist beyond counting in BJ, only wanting you know what to expect. I want also advise many CCs stay in CC for many years know they have missed the really gold in BJ.

penetration final hand, you have about 55 cards left before dealing. Betting 7 boxes will take about 21 cards on average. Double and spread etc. will pull more cards, I guess we still have about 20 cards left after the hand, far from running out of cards. I won later from another 7 boxes table maxes, pitty only won 7.5 bets (one BJ)...: )
