Well, assuming the following rules: 6D, S17, DOA, DAS, SPA1, SPL3, NS,
and only using BS, the EVs when the player's first card is a TEN are as follows:
If you're not counting cards: the advantage is 14.32%
If you're using Hi-Lo, the advantages at different TCs are:
TC = -4, EV = 10.69%
TC = -3, EV = 11.46%
TC = -2, EV = 11.63%
TC = -1, EV = 12.80%
TC = 0, EV = 13.34%
TC = +1, EV = 14.60%
TC = +2, EV = 15.18%
TC = +3, EV = 15.43%
TC = +4, EV = 16.25%

I’d like to see the advantage as a function of TC in the range of TC=-26 to +26 to see if this function is linear or nonlinear. It’s not very meaningful to list a number without strict definitions.
Clearly, it ISN'T linear. With nothing but tens left, you push with 20 all the time.
