Player's edge when dealer showing a specific upcard?
Does anyone of you know what is the average EV of the player when the dealer is showing a specific upcard? For example, I know that if the dealer gets an ace the player has a -35% EV. What are the rest of the figures for dealer's upcards from 2 to 10?
