In the issue of BJ21.com's newsletter dated August 4th, Al links to an article about the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's preference to making the state's temporary blackjack rules permanent. They include full pay blackjack, stand on soft 17, late surrender, double on any two cards. No mention is made of doubling after splitting or CSM's.
"The board believes that the fundamental rules of play in blackjack, including optional surrender and the requirement that dealers stand on a soft 17, achieves a fair and appropriate balance between the revenue generated for the certificate holders, and derivatively to the Commonwealth, and the fairness to patrons,".
There is a address at PA Gaming to send your comments to. I think I am going to mail this article to Nevada Gaming just to see what their response is.
