Penetration question
I've read that if the penetration level is less than 65%, you are waisting your time. Even if a game has unfavorable rules, if the penetration is good, the game could be beaten.
Referring to 4, 6, or 8 deck games, what penetration levels can one expect to see? Are the levels worse on the strip versus off the strip. Also if you know of certain casions that, in general, offer good penetration over 65%, I'd like to know.
