Online BJ?

I'm curious. Is it possible to use the Hi/Lo count at online casino's? Are the online BJ games actually shuffling the decks? And if you can count at these online tables, are these web casino's using any counter measures against counters? Are they following the count? Burning several cards? Bad penetration?
If anyone has info or experience with this I appreciate your insight.

Can't count

For the overwhelming majority of online casinos, counting won't work because they "shuffle" the deck after each hand. There are a few (at least there were in the past) that may deal a few hands before shuffling, but in those cases, the penetration is so bad that counting would be of little value.
