Oldtimers... Do you know about pre-1989 card games?
I am looking for people that have knowledge of card games that existed before 1989 that contained side bets. For example, there was a game in 1988 called "Over / Under 13" which was a side bet to BJ. About 1984, there was another BJ side bet called "Big Field." In the late 50's and early 60's, Baccarat also contained a side bet where a player could bet on getting an "8", a "9", or both.
Do you know about any of these games or others?
