anyone know days/times/names of Oklahoma casinos that do not charge an ante?

What amount is the ante? What is the min.? What is the max.? Are there any pitch games? Are OK games ok?

The ante is enugh to make the games unplayable. Something in the state laws that they have to charge. Ante was $2 for a $100-200/bet. An additional 1-2% house advantage makes it unplayable. take away the ante, there should be some. I found one place- Buffalo Run with a no ante window.

But there are at least 50 casinos in Oklahoma.
Isn't there someone who plays OK blackjack that can help?

I stopped by the Downstream Casino while on my way to OKC a while back. They have 8D tables, horrible pen, tons of ploppies...... but no ante, if that's what you're interested in.

Other than the non-ante, it's a complete waste of time, don't bother stopping.

their web site says they have dd, h17, d10 & 11 only. Maybe they just added it.

The Ante is the casino profit. The profit derived from the game itself, according to state law, belongs to the players as a whole and the casino is required to give that money back in the forms of promotions, tournaments, drawings, and the like. This is why OK has such big BJ tournaments.

We went to several casinos that gave the money back in the form of 2:1 payoff on blackjacks. We just sat there and flat bet the table max and as the win mounted the casino backed everyone off. Since this money did not belong to the casino, why were they so concerned about it? We think it's because someone in these casinos has set up a way to skim much of that money out the back door. So these OK casinos are making money two ways, first through the Ante and second by skimming the actual profits won from the house edge on the game itself and then only giving back a fraction of the win that they are supposed to give.

you can share. any of the 2:1 there or big payout bj tourneys? Hopefully I can trade some decent info.
