Currently a red chipper. I frequent one particular casino a fair amount, and I often play there for 4,5,8, or even 12 hours straight until my endurance wanes. I've consistently spread 1 to 10, often 1 to 12, and sometimes 1 to 20 with no heat. I'm making a fair amount of money there for a red chipper (after 200 hours play there my win% is just under 1%. Maybe not enough hours to indicate skill vs luck yet, but so far so good.) I consider my self still fairly new; I use a simple one-level balanced count, see basic strategy in my sleep, can accurately count and appear distracted, etc. I've only memorized some of the MBS indices, but I'm earning more everyday. I know at least (maybe most) part of the reason I'm able spread wider than a vegas prostitute is that I'm a red chipper. I want to start betting more (Like 25 to 200 or more), but what can I reasonably expect in the way of survaliance. Everyone at the place I play 'knows' I'm a big loser (rathole), and they're always happy to see their favorite idiot. My bankroll allows a max bet of about 200 (BR of 12K). What can I reasonably expect to spread at the green chip level?
