Just wanted to report that as of Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003 Harrahs East Chicago has gone to covered shoes and covered discard trays. I have been spreading the word to as many patrons as possible, not to trust a casino that covers and hides all the cards.
at some places they have dark plastic covers for the discard trays and covers for the shoes (like baccarat shoes). Is it something different than this?
They have been in use at the Joliet store for months. I think the only difference is that the discard covers are see-through at EC.
