you can find this and many other great books at conjelco.com, although the main distributor is usually RGE21.
BJ in the Zone is a practical guide to winning blackjack, for the beginner/intermediate player. it discusses everything you need to know about card counting, including comps and playing on the internet. no it is not free, but what is? you can find basic strategy charts and count system tags on a few websites, but this won't help you much. if you're willing to understand blackjack, and put effort into learning basic strategy and a simple powerful count then this is what i would suggest. Knock-Out Blackjack by Vancura and Fuchs is also a great book for beginners. they're each at about $20, but well worth the price. don't get fooled by betting progressions or "streaks" and all that. these "systems" will not beat any blackjack game.
hope this helped.
